| Simon Hulstone is aged 33 years old and married to Katy with 2 children Tansy (2) and Cicely (1). His father is a chef, to whom he looks up to for inspiration. He has competed all around the world and has won numerous awards including the Roux scholarship and Junior World Champion. Simon’s first major competition was in Lyon in 1995 where he won the World Skill Olympics; he would like to return to Lyon in 2009 to try to emulate this success for Great Britain. Simon runs a small seaside restaurant in Devon where he has been awarded a Michelin star for the past 3 years. |
