When I’m not in the kitchen, I try to spend as much time as I can surfing. Being in the water helps me to focus and clear my mind. I enjoy taking Yoga classes and working out. Being a chef, it’s important to me to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I also have a big family, most of whom also live in California, and we try to get together often.
