France is looking for his/her candidate for Bocuse d’Or
Bocuse d’Or France, presided by Régis Marcon, is looking for its future candidates for the 2017 edition. The 10th edition will be held on September 26th and 27th 2017 at Palais de la Mutualité in Paris.
To find THE candidate, Bocuse d’Or will select 8 chefs aged 22 or over. These will have to compete with technique and creativity to win the precious trophy that will open the gates of the European selection in Torino on June 11th- 12th 2018 during the Gourmet Expoforum. The goal is clear: to allow France to regain its place on the podium in 2019.
In 2015, Laurent Lemal won the Bocuse d’Or France and had the privilege to defend the colors of the French flag during the big finale in Lyon. Accompanied by Benjamin Vakanas, they got together the 5th place, the Special Vegetal plate prize and the prize for the best commis.
Participation conditions :
- French nationality
- 22 years old minimum
- Professional cook in activity
