This year, 12 chefs from all parts of Asia-Pacific will pit their skills against one another on April 14 and 15, 2016 in one of the most Asian culinary event: the Food&Hotel Asia, in Singapore. The Bocuse d'Or Asia-Pacific will bring together the crème de la crème among chefs from twelve countries…
After winning national selection events held in their respective countries, the candidates are more eager than ever to surpass themselves during a culinary show that promises to be staggering!
Assisted by their commis, the chefs will display wonders of creativity and precision to send their creations and make a good impression on the jury.
Work techniques, respect for the products, taste of course, but also optimization of ingredients use will be among the criteria for the jury.

Following this battle at the top, only 5 Chefs will earn a ticket for the grand Final of the Bocuse d'Or, taking place during the next edition of the Sirha trade exhibition from January 24 to 25, 2017.
