This year, the Brazilian selection of the Bocuse d'Or will confront the most promising chefs of the moment in the country. The stakes will be high since for the first time the finalist will face Central American and South American chefs but also the chefs from the United States and Canada during the continental selection of the Bocuse d'Or which will be held in Mexico City on the 12th and 13th of April 2018. This stage will be crucial before the Bocuse d'Or final in Lyon in January 2019.
The chefs selected for the Brazilian Bocuse d'Or will have to use all their technical and creativity during this intense competition that will last 5 hours and 35 minutes. Assisted by their commis, they will make a meat dish and a fish dish.
