A new cycle of the contest just started and European candidate’s winners of national selections will meet on June, the 11th and 12th of 2018 at Bocuse d’Or Europe, which is the last step before the finale.
Bocuse d’Or Europe is heading South for the very first time and will be held in Piémonte-Turino. The 20 candidates from the whole Europe will compete during Salon Gourmet at Lingotto Fiere.
Winning a national selection is already a great exploit for a candidate of Bocuse d’Or, only the most talented chefs are selected in the competition. But this is only the beginning of the adventure.
This victory leads to the continental selection: Bocuse d’Or Europe. This is a unique opportunity for a Chef to show his definition of gastronomy to a whole continent. Under the crowd's encouragement and in an electric atmosphere, candidates will have to show that they deserve to stay in the competition.
Only 10 candidates from Europe will be selected for the final. They will be 24 in total, with candidates from the other continental selections. These 24 Chefs will be closer than ever from the most prestigious trophy a Chef can dream of… the Bocuse d’Or.
