EDITION 2020

The Bocuse d’Or Americas contest brings together countries from North America and South America.

The event will be held over two days. Assisted by their coach and commis, 12 talented chefs from both continents will prepare 10 dishes on a plate and on a tray during 5 hours and 35 minutes of intense concentration.

The jury will then determine the 5 finalists who will have the honour of representing their country in the grand finale of the Bocuse d’Or that will be held in Lyon, France, as part of the Sirha trade show in 2021.
