12 countries, 2 tests, 5 places for the grand finale in Lyon in 2021.

On September 25th and 26th, 2020, the Bocuse d’Or Americas will be held for the first time in Lima (Perù). The 12 teams composed of the best chefs on the continent will take up the challenge in this prestigious cooking contest. They will endeavour to win a place to represent their country in the grand finale of the Bocuse d’Or that will be held as part of the Sirha Trade show in Lyon, France, in 2021.

During 5 hours and 35 minutes the teams will be compete in specially designed open kitchens facing an enthusiastic public. They will prepare 10 recipes on a plate and on a tray before a jury of top level professionals.

The participants will need to demonstrate wonders of creativity and precise skills in order to create mouth-watering dishes and try to earn a place in the final by finishing in the top 5 in the Bocuse d’Or Americas.
