12 candidates, 2 tests, 5 places for the Grand Finale in Lyon in 2021.

The Bocuse d’Or Asia-Pacific is a travelling event that get together all the countries from all the continent to select the ones that will have the chance to travel to Lyon for the grand finale.

12 teams composed of the very best chefs of the continent will compete each other in this prestigious cooking contest. Working in open contest kitchens, facing an enthusiastic public, the participants will display wonders of creativity and precision in order to prepare succulent dishes and attempt to make good impression on the jury.

Win the title of Bocuse d’Or Asia-Pacific is not the only goal for the teams. They will also endeavour to earn one of the 5 places up to grab, to have the honour to represent their respective countries in the prestigious grand finale of the Bocuse d’Or, that will be held in Lyon France, during Sirha.

ABOUT 2020 EDITION

With little visibility moving forward in the current context, and given the uncertainty regarding the possibility for the participating teams to travel and the opening of borders, the I.O.C. has decided to cancel the Bocuse d’Or Asia-Pacific 2020, find out more.
