A prestigious panel.

The jury of the Bocuse d’Or is composed of top level chefs who all have the same objective: to single out THE best talent who will participate in the French qualifying round and represent France in the final of the Bocuse d’Or, a chef who may even go on to win a place on the podium in 2021.

To this effect, and in order to best appreciate the taste of the dishes concocted and assess the participants’ technical skills, the jury is split up. The candidates will be judged by 10 chefs according to specific criteria for their recipe presented on a plate and the recipe presented on a tray. The 10 chefs make up the Tasting Jurys’.

The Organising Committee has also asked 4 chefs, who compose the Kitchen Jury, to oversee the smooth running of the contest by ensuring that the rules and regulations are upheld, and by evaluating the participants’ work method and organisation inside their kitchens. Finally, the marks will be complemented with an interview of the candidates following questions put to them on their motivation and aspirations for taking part in the Bocuse d’Or adventure.
