WHO WILL BE NAÏS PIROLLET’S SUCCESSOR AS FRANCE'S REPRESENTATIVE AT BOCUSE D'OR 2025?
As soon as the grand final of the Bocuse d'Or is over, on January 23rd at Sirha Lyon, the French selection begins again for Team France.
These French final promises to be more dynamic than ever with an event which now takes place in 4 hours, ie 1 hour less than usual. Each candidate will have to imagine an appetizer dealing with the same markers and products that will be found in the stage test.
