Henrik Norström is chef and owner of Restaurant Lux in Stockholm, which he has run for over 23 years. He represented Sweden at the Bocuse d’Or in 2001, winning the silver medal, and later served as President of Bocuse d’Or Sweden from 2014 to 2023.
