Setting course for the Bocuse d'Or

The starting point of a new journey toward the international stage.

The Bocuse d’Or is the global benchmark for culinary competitions. For over 40 years, it has revealed the world’s greatest talents and embodied culinary excellence on an international scale. A true laboratory of precision and creativity, the competition highlights the technical skill, commitment and innovation of chefs who will go on to represent their country on the global stage.

In 2027, a new Bocuse d’Or cycle begins with the national selections. In this context, the Bocuse d’Or France Selection will take place on February 16, 2027, at Parc Chanot in Marseille.

This key milestone marks the beginning of a three-stage journey: national selections in 2027, continental selections in 2028, followed by the grand international final in January 2029.

More information about the competition format, candidates and full program will be announced soon.
