Once youngest chef in Germany ever to earn a Michelin star and a Bronze winner of the Bocuse d'Or in 1995; today he serves as President of Bocuse d'Or Germany and Honorary President of Bocuse d'Or Czech Republic. As a partner in several restaurants in Germany and the Czech Republic, he also advises real estate developers, hotel groups, chain restaurant operators, and food industry companies on assortment and private-label strategy. He additionally invests in food industry.
