The Bocuse d'Or Winners Association was founded in 2000 with the support of Rougié. Its primary purpose is to unite all the chefs on the podiums of the final. It is an important tool for supporting and promoting the competition thanks to the chefs' involvement in their own countries and during the various stages of the competition.
