The Bocuse d’Or is supported by an international network of academies in 72 countries around the world.
At the heart of each country, these academies bring together chefs, professionals and enthusiasts around a common goal: to promote culinary excellence, nurture new talent and pass on the values of the Bocuse d’Or to future generations.
They help to develop the local gastronomic scene, support candidates throughout their journey and contribute to raising the profile of their national cuisine on the international stage. The 72 national academies, spread across five continents, organise national qualifiers to determine which talents will represent their country at the upcoming continental selections. Following the continental selections, 24 teams are qualified and will compete in the Bocuse d’Or Grand Final.
