Bocuse d’Or Africa is a culinary contest that brings together countries from the African continent, to define who will be the two teams that will represent their nation at the Bocuse d’Or Final during Sirha Lyon 2023.
For the first time, Bocuse d’Or Africa will take place in the moroccan city of Dakhla, gateway to the desert that opens to the sub-saharan Africa.
To impress the jury members, candidates will have to propose a highligthing of an emblematic moroccan product, the saddle of lamb; and also an original recipe on the plate, based on sea bream.
The next Bocuse d’Or Africa edition will be held on September, 9th 2022 starting 9AM.
