Chef Stefani De Palma, a California native, rose through the ranks at Addison in San Diego,
becoming Chef de Cuisine in 2016 and helping earn its third Michelin star in 2022, an accolade
the restaurant still holds today. She led Team USA at the 2025 Bocuse d’Or, winning the
Americas Selection and placing seventh globally, and now continues her career in Napa Valley.
