Originally from Vancouver, Keith Pears began his culinary education at Vancouver Community College. The chef quickly climbed the ranks, progressing from chef de partie to sous-chef, executive sous-chef and ultimately executive chef, gathering a wealth of experience in Toronto's high-end establishments. In April 2025, he opened his own restaurant, Pears Restaurant, located in Markham, Ontario. His passion for cooking has also driven him onto the culinary competition stage, where he has won several awards, including Chef of the Year in British Columbia and second place in the latest Bocuse d'Or Americas.
