Lorenzo Alessio (1985) is an Italian Chef, trainer, and Head of the Italian Chefs Academy (Ateneo della Cucina Italiana FIC), recognized as a leading figure in national and international culinary competitions. With over 100 culinary contests, he has contributed to Italy’s successes. He is also the Director of the Bocuse d’Or Italy Academy, where he trains and supports the next generation of Italian culinary talent.
