Roland Kelemen is the Executive Chef of Hunguest Hotels Sóstó. He has reached the podium several times at the Bocuse d’Or Hungary finals and represented Hungary at the European Selection in Trondheim and the World finals in Lyon, where his team received the Best Platter award on both occasions. These experiences continue to inspire him to develop, explore new directions in gastronomy, and return to competition.
