I started working in the kitchen in my 15 years,it was the year 2000. I was lucky that I got opportunities working in the best restaurant in my country,
Owner was from Norway and he always brought our restaurant chefs from abroad ( Norway, France, Sweden. Usa, Danmark,) they teach us a completely different way of cooking like was normal in our country.
I was fascinated and curious about what the limit of cooking was. There my journey starts and brings me a lot of experience, knowledge, and many fun situations.
I always worked very hard and my ambition was to get a Michelin star, this dream came true for me and in 2019 in Vienna Austria I reached my target. as the first Michelin star chef from Slovakia.
Also Bocuse d Or has been part of my life for a very long time since I was very young. I was always inspired by this competition.
