Tommi Tuominen is the chef behind Michelin-starred Restaurant Demo and Finnjävel, where he leads the kitchen and shapes the restaurants ’cuisine. Beyond the kitchen, he has dedicated years to nurturing Finland’s next generation of culinary talent as chairman and long-standing jury member of the Finnish Bocuse d’Or Academy.
