Vincenzo Loseto grew up in Massapequa, New York, where he spent most of his time by the water and in the kitchen. Inspired by his Italian family and his nonna’s cooking, he honed his skills in high-level kitchens, notably at NoMad and Eleven Madison Park, earning a reputation that led him to win the Ment'or Young Chef competition in 2016 and a spot on the American team's support staff for the Bocuse d’Or 2017. He recently held the position of chef de cuisine at PRESS Restaurant before joining the Bocuse d'Or Americas selection as a candidate.
