Viktor has been a part of Bocuse d´Or from 2005 when he was a second commis for Ragnar Omarson, 2007 he was the commis for Friðgeir Eiríksson. Viktor won the Bocuse d´bronze in 2017 and has been a part of the Winners academy of Bocuse from 2017.
Viktor runs and owns Lux Catering, Sælkeramatur catering and Brasa Restaurant.
