Yohann Chapuis is the chef and owner of Maison Greuze, which includes two restaurants: L’Écrin de Yohann Chapuis, awarded one Michelin star *, and Le Bouchon Bourguignon, a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
Winner of the Taittinger Prize in 2004 and a finalist in the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France competition in 2011 and 2022, Yohann Chapuis is a man driven by challenge. It was therefore only natural that he joined Team France Bocuse d’Or in 2019, where he now serves as Vice President.
In 2021, he won the competition as coach alongside Davy Tissot and Arthur Debray.
