An internationally recognized judge for competitions in culinary arts and vegan/plant-based cuisine, Cornelia has served on the jury of numerous international and national competitions throughout the world and was the Canadian Jury President for the Bocuse d’Or Finals in 1999 and 2001. In 2013, Cornelia led Bocuse d’Or Team Canada as Team Manager.
As Director of CATRION Culinary Academy in Jeddah KSA, Cornelia leads programming and operations to develop, train and empower CATRION’s culinary team members.
Dedicated to supporting, strengthening and mentoring culinary professionals of all levels, Cornelia recently received an Education Award for the development of multilingual online culinary training for the global culinary community.
