Bence Dalnoki is Head Chef of Stand25 in Budapest and was named Hungary’s Best Young Chef after winning the Bocuse de Bronze in 2023. He has been actively involved in the Bocuse d’Or community for the last years. His cooking focuses on Hungarian culinary heritage, interpreted through a modern and refined approach.
