Sebastian Holberg Svendsgaard is a 27-year-old Danish chef and one of the youngest Bocuse d’Or candidates in Denmark’s history. He won gold at the Bocuse d’Or Europe Finals in 2024 and followed up with a silver medal at the Bocuse d’Or World Final in Lyon in 2025. Sebastian has worked at acclaimed restaurants such as Babette and Geranium and has extensive experience within the Bocuse d’Or system, having been part of multiple gold-winning teams before becoming a candidate himself. Today, he works in Research & Development at Alchemist.
