Executive Chef at Esperanza Auberge in Los Cabos, a distinguished resort awarded five Forbes Stars and two Michelin Keys, Raúl Soto develops a cuisine where technique, identity and sustainability meet. Originally from western Mexico, he draws inspiration from native terroir to create recipes that showcase the Mexican culinary identity. Recognised nationally, he was named Chef of the Year 2023 in Mexico and winner of the Vatel Cup in 2025. Alongside his restaurant work, he is also the creator of the documentary series AREWA, through which he explores and highlights the links between culture, territory and gastronomy.
