Daniela Valverde is an Ecuadorian chef and researcher specialising in the showcasing of her country's local products and terroirs. Through an approach based on research and discernment, she develops a sensitive and contemporary cuisine, where every creation is rooted in the very identity of each ingredient. Today, as Head Chef at Mida Catering, she designs bespoke gastronomic experiences where flavours, aromas and the care given to products take centre stage.
