Chef Sakal Phoeung is a French Executive Chef with more than 30 years of experience across luxury hotels and upscale restaurants in Vietnam, China and Cambodia. As President of Bocuse d’Or Vietnam and Les Disciples d’Escoffier Vietnam, he serves as Jury Member while mentoring many young Vietnamese talented chefs to compete at international stage.
