Ronni Vexøe Mortensen is assistant head chef at three-Michelin-starred Restaurant Geranium. He won silver at Bocuse d'Or World Final 2021 and has been involved with the competition since 2007 - first as commis for Rasmus Kofoed (silver 2007) and Jasper Kure (2009), then as coach for Sebastian Holberg Svendsgaard.
