Christian Wellendorf is head chef and partner at Babette in Copenhagen. He won gold and Best Commis at Bocuse d'Or 2019 alongside Kenneth Toft-Hansen, and bronze at WorldSkills Abu Dhabi 2017. Graduated from Restaurant Babette in Vordingborg (2017), with experience from Falsled Kro and as captain of Denmark's National Culinary Team.
