Rigor and Innovation at the Heart of the Bocuse d'Or in Colombia
The Bocuse d'Or Colombia Academy is a young academy, which currently has two participations in the grand final of the Bocuse d'Or. It is led by Chef Carlos Pájaro in the city of Bogotá, Colombia. The aim is to maintain that the team has people who have participated in previous campaigns, but new talents with new ideas and different perspectives are also valued.
The academy is increasingly demanding, promoting discipline, companionship and teamwork, the candidate, commis and coach, are surrounded by people who lead them to success, accompanying and supporting them at every step.
