Mousa Al Atiyat is a Corporate Executive Chef based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with extensive experience across restaurants, cruises, F&B consultations, and large-scale food manufacturing and food service. He holds a BSc in Business Information Systems from the University of Jordan, an MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from Essex Business School in the UK, and the Grand Diplôme from Le Cordon Bleu London.
Throughout his career, he has led culinary innovation, product development, and menu engineering projects, blending creativity with a strong business mindset.
